On our 4-hour tour through Kulusuk we catch a glimpse of every day life of the some 300 inhabitants of this small village. Our guide will walk you through the village with its traditional green, red and yellow houses and visit places such as the beautiful church, a private museum with artifacts from early inhabitants, the local cemetary and if we are lucky we get to experience a traditional Inuit drum dance performed by a local. If you want to catch a glimpse of life in East-Greenland, this is definitely the tour for you!

Tour Description
Kulusuk Village
The small settlement of Kulusuk is an excellent introduction to the way of life in a village located in the Ammassalik area. Kulusuk lies on a small rocky island between saw-toothed mountains and extensive fjords. Proudly boasting its unique features with surreal surroundings of glittering icebergs floating in the dotted Arctic Ocean. Traditional hunting and fishing are still essential sources of income for many families in the settlement.
Practical Info
We fly out from the Reykjavík Domestic Airport and check-in begins 60 minutes prior to departure. As soon as you arrive in Greenland, our guide will greet you with a sign which you can't miss. The tour starts shortly after arrival as we want to make the most of our time on the island!
